My Path
I have practiced yoga for over 10 years and have been teaching since 2021. I weave meditation into my classes as a way to gently get to know yourself more deeply.
I am an immigrant from Colombia, where I worked as a counselor. From this experience I learned how much our inner world shapes our outer life. I have been living in Oregon since 2021; a journey that has shaped how I understand belonging, safety, and home in the body.
Experiencing panic attacks revealed how powerfully our thoughts live in the body, and as challenging as they were, they taught me that the body is constantly responding to what we think and believe.
Today, I focus on practical, evidence-based ways to come back home to yourself. I teach movement and somatic tools as core practices for nervous system regulation, offering practical exercises to help you return to the present moment—where mind and body can finally be in the same place.
